This Agreement and any agreement between Defiant and the Customer to provide Services shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflicts of laws rules.</p> <p>(i) Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant court of Washington for any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement or any agreement between Defiant and the Customer to provide Services and agrees that any such action, suit, or proceeding may be brought only in such courts.
