In such instance as you should acquire the Multimedia Programme in the USA, the present Licence Agreement shall be governed by the laws in the State of Pennsylvania. If the Multimedia Programme is purchased in Canada, the present Licence Agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws in force in the Province of Ontario, Canada, notwithstanding the prohibition expressly indicated by local law. and pertaining to any dispute resulting from these present, you expressly accept to be governed by the jurisdiction of the Federal and Provincial Courts in Toronto, Ontario.
