Further, Sanity may subcontract certain aspects of the Sanity Service to qualified third parties, provided that any such subcontracting arrangement will not relieve Sanity of any of its obligations hereunder.</p> <p> <strong>11.2 Governing Law and Venue.</strong> </p> <p>If the Sanity Contracting Party is Sanity AS, this Agreement is to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first seek settlement of that dispute by negotiation between senior executives of the parties.
