Jurisdiction and applicable law <p>11.1 The US courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site.<br> 11.2 These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.<br> 11.3 We have used reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Site complies with US law, but cannot ensure that it is appropriate or available for use in every territory outside the US.
