General Terms.</strong> If you live within the United States, the terms of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If you live outside of the United States, the terms of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
