GOVERNING LAW &amp. JURISDICTION<p>The courts in some countries will not apply Delaware law to some types of disputes. If you reside in one of those countries where Delaware law is excluded from applying, your country’s laws will apply to such disputes related to these terms. Otherwise, you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States govern this License Agreement, as well as any claim, dispute, action or issue that might arise out of or in connection with it excluding their conflicts of laws principles.
