Venue and Governing Law<p>These Terms shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. except that aspects of the Service that are accessed from France may also be subject to the Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000 on certain legal aspects of information society services transposed into French law by the Law Number 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 regarding confidence in the digital economy.
