This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the State of California, San Mateo County, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles). All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, with anyone's use of this website and/or with anyone's use of the Services shall be brought solely in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consent to extra-territorial service of process.
