The AO3 <abbr>ToS</abbr>, the relationship between you and the <abbr>OTW</abbr>, and all disputes arising out of or related to it, shall be governed by the laws of the United States and specifically the State of New York (refer to the ToS FAQ), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.</p> <p>You and the <abbr>OTW</abbr> agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within New York County (Manhattan), New York, and to waive any objection to the laying of venue there.</p> <p>
