Rights of Third Parties. Except as expressly stated otherwise, nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any person other than the parties to this Agreement.</p> <p>14.6. Governing Law. This Agreement, its subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) is governed by English law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute (contractual or non-contractual) concerning this Agreement save that either party may apply to any court for an injunction or other relief to protect its Intellectual Property Rights.
