All disputes arising with respect to this Agreement will be settled by arbitration in subject to the ordinary courts of Norway with Oslo tingrett as legal venue. For any other Territories not mentioned above this Agreement and its interpretation and performance will be governed by, and construed under, the applicable laws of the Norway, excluding Norwegian choice of law.
