Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement and each Purchase Order hereunder is made in and shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, excluding its principles of conflicts of law. The parties irrevocably submit to venue and exclusive jurisdiction in the federal and state courts in Montgomery County, Maryland, U.S.A. for any dispute arising out of this Agreement, and waives all objections to jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
