18.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. <p>This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance the substantive law of the Republic of Estonia.</p> <p>In the event of a dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, including but not limited to the formation, validity, breach or termination thereof, the parties shall attempt to solve the matter amicably in mutual negotiations.
