Customer will pay all fees applicable to the FullContact Data or FullContact Data Services provided by FullContact as set forth in each Order Form entered into by the parties. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid or payable are non-refundable.
