iv) fees are excluding any and all applicable direct or indirect taxes and government charges, which will be payable by Customer, and v) payment obligations are non-cancellable and vi) fees for unused Sanity Service is either, proratable and refundable the day following the termination, once additional usage fees or other service fees have been deducted, if all customer projects are closed or is proratable and credited on remaining active customer project, at the end of the month, once additional usage fees or other service fees have deducted.
