If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may use the Mango Products, but only with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or at the direction of your institution if they have the legal right to provide consent. If you purchase the Mango Products on behalf of an institution, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the institution with the authority to: (1) bind that institution to this Agreement; (2) provide any required consent for your users, and (3) agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the institution. We require verifiable parental consent, or the equivalent required legal consent in the relevant jurisdiction, before collecting any Registration Data from persons under 16 years old if you are located in an EU Member Nation (or if you are a Citizen or resident of an EU Member Nation), or if you are under thirteen (13) years old and you are located in the United States.</p> <ol start="17"> <li><strong>COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICES:</strong></li> </ol> <p>We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same.&nbsp; Because of the size of our community, we do not and cannot verify that you users have the right to post User Content.&nbsp; However, we cooperate in removing infringing or unlicensed items once an authorized representative of the rights owner properly reports them to us.&nbsp; If you believe that any User Content infringes on your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, please provide us with a notice of infringement.</p> <p>
