Representations About You.</strong> You represent that you have the power and authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or, if applicable, your organization. You also represent that (a) you have read and understand this Agreement, (b) you are 13 years of age or older, (c) the information that you provide to us about you or your account will be current, true, accurate, supportable and complete, (d) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (e) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
