Severability</u>.&nbsp. With the exception of any of the provisions in Section 22(h)&nbsp;above, if an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction decides that any part of this EULA is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of this EULA will still apply. <br> <p> <b>Schedule A-4: Addendum for Residents of Japan</b> <b> </b> </p> <p> <b>Age: </b>The age of majority as referred to in Section 5(a) in this EULA means, prior to April 1, 2022, those who are 20 years of age or more, and, on and after said date, those who are 18 years of age or more<b>. &nbsp;</b>If you are a minor, you must have your parent or other legal guardian read and accept this EULA before creating a Game Account.<b> </b> </p> <p> <b>Moral Rights:</b>&nbsp;Any reference to the waiver of moral rights under this EULA is not applicable to you. &nbsp;You agree not to exercise any of your moral rights to the User Content, including the right to be indicated as the author of the User Content, against us or any third party designated by us.</p> <p> <b>EULA Modifications</b>: Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 17 of this EULA, we may modify this EULA in accordance with the applicable law. &nbsp;In the case of any modification to this EULA, the effective date of the modification and the contents of this EULA after the modification will be posted on our website or otherwise notified to you by a method separately determined by us.
