This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. PeopleFinders can suspend or terminate your access to the PeopleFinders Applications or Services, in whole or in part, at any time, immediately and without notice. All terms that by their nature may survive termination of this Agreement shall be deemed to survive such termination.</p> <p> <strong>Age Requirements.</strong> The PeopleFinders Applications are intended for general adult audiences and you represent that you are over the age of 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use the PeopleFinders Applications and Services in accordance with these Terms.
