CUSTOMER AGREES THAT ALL USERS WILL BE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE AND THAT ALL CUSTOMER DATA AND PERSONAL DATA SUBMITTED BY CUSTOMER IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES WILL RELATE TO USERS AND/OR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE.</p> <p>Crystal may collect, use, process, store, and share certain Customer Data, Sensitive Information, and Personal Data in connection with providing the Subscription Services. Any such collection, use, processing, storing, or sharing is subject to the terms and conditions of Crystal Project’s Privacy Policy (URL) which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
