You warrant that you are the minimum age required to enter into a contract in the area in which you reside, and in any event, not less than 18 years of age. Zuev Software LLC warrants that it will provide the Services in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision of such Services and that the Services will perform substantially in accordance with the User Guide under normal use and circumstances.
