You may not use the Platform if you are a resident of a country embargoed by the United States, or are a foreign person or entity blocked or denied by the United States government.<br>‍</li> <li> <strong>Eligibility.&nbsp. </strong>You must be 18 years of age or over, or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction if that age is greater than 18 years of age, to create an Account with us or use the Platform.<br>‍</li> <li> <strong>Governing Law. Limitation of Claims.</strong> This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. The Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act will not apply and will not be invoked in any judicial or arbitral proceeding concerning this Agreement.
