If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent booking was made via Agoda, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. </p> <p>In order to make a booking you must be over 18 years old (or such other age at which majority is reached in your country or territory) and have the full legal capacity to make the transaction (or have the authorization to do so from your legal guardian).
