It is your responsibility to check Cirkled In for changes to these Terms.</p> <p>If you continue to use the Application after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.</p> Privacy Policy <p>For information about how we collect and use information about users of the Application, please check out our privacy policy available at Privacy Policy</p> Eligibility <p>To use the Application, (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” (defined below) or older or have parent’s or guardian’s consent to use the application and your registration and your use of the Application must be in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.</p> <p>“Minimum Age” means (a) 18 years old for the People's Republic of China, (b) 16 years old for the Netherlands, (c) 14 years old for the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Australia and South Korea, and (d) 13 years old for all other countries. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for Cirkled In to lawfully provide the Services to you (including the collection, storage and use of your information) then the Minimum Age is such older age. The Application is not for use by anyone under the age of 13.</p> Password and Account Protection <p>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.</p> <p>If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized entity and is no longer secure for any reason (for example, in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your password), then you agree to immediately notify us at help@cirkledin.com .
