I'm having a look at Stack Exchange's Terms of Service (http://stackexchange.com/legal - quite accessible from the footer) and I found some interesting and well explained points. I'm not sure if I should start a thread for each of these, so here are the "highlights" (the number between parenthesis is the article in the ToS). Count me in for any further research!

Bad: SE may change, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time

Neutral?: All subscriber's content is perpetually and irrevocably licensed to Stack Exchange under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike (I like the CC, I don't like the sound of 'perpetually and irrevocably' though!)
