13.2 Scholarships Available Through the Fund. All scholarships available through the Fund require that student applicants be US citizens, permanent residents, or legal temporary residents at least 16 years of age who complete and provide all information requested as part of the scholarship application. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parent or guardian consent to submit an application.
