Content made available through Kitsu Services may not always be age appropriate for children. 1.3 Kitsu Content. You may not, under any circumstances, make commercial use of, copy, access or otherwise use Kitsu content available through the Kitsu Services (excepting User Content as discussed below, the “Kitsu Content”) separate or apart from your use of Kitsu Services, whether to create a derivative work of all or any part of the Kitsu Content or otherwise.
