The child is exposed to dangerous pesticides, fumes, toxins, chemicals, or carcinogens, or an environment that is unsanitary.</li> <li>National or international laws relating to human rights or working children are violated. In particular, national laws stipulating a minimum working age that exceeds the fifteen (15) years of age required herein must be adhered to.</li> <li>The child is required to operate heavy or dangerous machinery that could lead to an accident or otherwise pose a risk to his/her safety.
