You agree to file any cause of action with respect to this Agreement within one year after the cause of action arises. You agree that a cause of action filed after this date is barred. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to these Terms of Service and is hereby expressly excluded.</p> <p>An exception applies whenever the User can be qualified as Consumer, in which case the court where the Consumer has his/her domicile or residence has the sole jurisdiction.<strong>
