No legal action on any claim described above may be maintained against Carrier unless ,commenced within one (1) year of Southwest Airlineswritten denial of a claim, in whole ,or in part.,(3) Class Action Waiver. Both Passengerand Customeragree to waive any right to assert ,any claim against the Carrier as a representative or member in any class or ,representative action.
