Any claim based on the provision of, access or denial of access to, or suspension or termination of the Service or of any account offered by VidMoly must be given within twelve months from the occurrence of the events on which the claim is based. You understand and agree that, by using the Service, you waive any claim notice of which is not provided in accordance with these Terms of Service, to the maximum extent permitted by the law.
