Notwithstanding the period of limitation prescribed by applicable laws for the bringing of any relevant action or claim, the Parties hereby mutually agree that no action, regardless of form, arising out of or in conjunction with the subject matter of these Terms of Use, except for claims involving intellectual property, claims to recover outstanding amounts due to us and claims for indemnification, may be brought by any party more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose, following which either Party shall have no further claim whatsoever against the other Party.</p> <p> </p> <p>
