</ol> </li> <li> Dispute Resolution <ol> <li>To the maximum extent allowed under any applicable laws the Publisher agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to Publisher's use of the Clickio Platform or participation in the Network must be filed within 1 (one) year after any such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
