You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This Agreement, and any dispute between you and the Company, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio without regard to principles of conflicts of law, provided that this Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. &nbsp;ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, THE PRIVACY POLICY OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
