You hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of said Courts.&nbsp. You agree that the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement and any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Private-Mail, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement.&nbsp. This provision shall not be read to conflict with the Agreement to Arbitrate.&nbsp. </p> <p> <strong>Claims and Disputes Must Be Filed Within One Year</strong> <br> <br> To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the effect of any disclaimer, release of liability, or agreement to indemnify contained herein, any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to your use of the Digital Services, including, without limitation, any Digital Services related product, services, or other content must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
