d. Claims. </strong>You and WetHunt agree that, notwithstanding any other rights a party may have at law or in equity, any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) or the Service, excluding a claim for indemnification, must be initiated with the AAA, filed in small claims court in Delaware as set forth, within one (1) year after the claim accrues.
