Aerux Broadband’s service is provided on an "as is" and "as-available" basis with a limited warranty that it will use reasonable efforts to render services pursuant to this agreement in a timely and professional manner in accordance with timelines established herein. Any claim for breach of the foregoing warranty must be brought within sixty (60) days after user’s actual discovery of any defect and prior to the expiration of six (6) months from the date.
