In the unlikely event the Parties are unable to resolve a Claim within 60 calendar days of the receipt of the applicable Notice, Freelancer, UTG and any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or successors, and Upwork Client and any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or successors agree to resolve the Claim by final and binding arbitration before an arbitrator from JAMS.
