sell or otherwise transfer the access granted under these Terms or any Materials (as defined in Section 5) or any right or ability to view, access, or use any Materials;</li> <li>access or use the Platform or any portion thereof via automated or partially automated means (including via scraping or robots) in order to collect information (including CK-12 Curriculum Materials) from or relating to the Platform, CK-12 or any other website owned or operated by CK-12;</li> <li>access or use the Platform or any portion thereof or in order to build or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models or algorithms;</li> <li>access the Platform if your right to access the Platform has previously been terminated.
