Substantial changes will take effect 30 days after Waze has posted a:</p> <ul> <li>System message to users notifying them of changes to the Privacy Policy. and</li> <li>Notification on the Website’s homepage or any other relevant web pages, explaining the changes to the Privacy Policy alongside a comparison of the “old” and “new” versions of the Privacy Policy.</li>
