We further reserve the right to discontinue any feature of the Digital Properties or portion thereof at any time at our sole and reasonable discretion.<br>2.3 Restrictions on Use.You will not (and will not authorize, permit, or encourage any third party to):<br>(i) access or use the Digital Properties if you are under the age of 13 without the consent of your parent or guardian;<br>(ii) allow any third party to access and use the Platform through your Account;<br>(iii) share User ID and Login Credentials with a third party;<br>(iv) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discern the source code or interface protocols of the Digital Properties;<br>(v) modify, adapt, or translate the Digital Properties;<br>(vi) make any copies of the Digital Properties;<br>(vii) resell, distribute, or sublicense the Digital Properties or use the Digital Properties for the benefit of anyone other than you;<br>(viii) remove or modify any proprietary markings or restrictive legends placed on the Digital Properties;<br>(ix) use the Digital Properties in violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or in order to build a competitive product or service, or for any purpose not specifically permitted in this Agreement;<br>(x) access or use the Digital Properties to collect any market research for a competing business;<br>(xi) view our news broadcast made available on the Platform for commercial purposes, or download the news broadcast or charge others admission to view the news broadcast;<br>(xii) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Digital Properties for any purpose without our express written permission.
