"By using or attempting to use the Service, you certify that you are at least the minimum age and meet any other eligibility requirements of the Service. If you are found to be under the minimum age, your account may be terminated without notice." While this rule doesn't hint on it, users who registered before reaching minimal age and continued to use the service after meeting it can also have their accounts terminated at any point, if they get exposed for it.
