(d) modify, translate, adapt, merge, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of any GoGuardian Offering or User Documentation. (e) use any manual or automated software, devices or other processes (including but not limited to spiders, robots, scrapers, crawlers, avatars, data mining tools or the like) to “scrape” or download data from any web pages contained in any GoGuardian Offering or User Documentation. (f) access any GoGuardian Offering or User Documentation in order to build a similar or competitive website, product or service. (g) access any GoGuardian Offering for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes without GoGuardian’s prior written permission. and (h) remove any copyright notices or other proprietary markings contained on or in any GoGuardian Offering or User Documentation. Any future release, update or other addition to any GoGuardian Offering shall be subject to this Agreement.
