In the event of a damaged, lost or missing ,shipment, Sectigo shall, at Subscriber’s specific, written request and discretion, submit a claim on behalf of the Subscriber ,with the carrier, and ensure the claim is resolved to Subscriber’s reasonable satisfaction. ,11.4.Limitation on Liability. SUBJECT TO SECTION 11.5, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SECTIGOAND ITS AFFILIATES, AND ,EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS, RESULTING FROM OR ,CONNECTED TO THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY SUBSCRIBER FOR THE SERVICES ,GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
