,22.Our total liability to you in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions is limited to ,the Fee paid or payable. This does limit in any way our liability:,a.for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;,b.under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987. ,c.for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;,d.for any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to ,exclude, our liability.,23.We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss ,of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated ,savings, loss of data, or waste of management, office, study or teaching time however ,arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
