We only supply the services on the understanding that we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.<strong>13.5 In so far as the law permits, neither party to this contract shall be liable to the other party for any incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data.</strong> <strong>13.6 If you are a School or an Employer we will not be liable to pay you compensation for breach of the contract in any circumstances, in excess of the amount of the fees you have paid to us for the current period of the contract, whether an initial period or a renewal period, and our total liability to you will be limited to that amount.</strong>
