(b) any breach by Verkada of the DPA,&nbsp;<u>Section 8</u>&nbsp;(Data Protection), or other data privacy and security obligations. Each party’s total, cumulative liability for all Excluded Claims will not exceed two (2) times the total amount paid or payable by Customer for use of the Products under this Agreement during the Term.</p> <p> <b>11.5.</b>&nbsp;<u>Uncapped Claims</u>. “&nbsp;<b>Uncapped Claims</b>“ means any claim or liability associated with: (a) Customer’s breach of&nbsp;<u>Section 2.2</u>&nbsp;(License to Customer Data),&nbsp;<u>Section 5.1</u>&nbsp;(Compliance), and&nbsp;<u>Section 3 of Exhibit B</u>&nbsp;(Customer Obligations) (if applicable).
