Liability 12.1. The Administration shall not be liable for direct or indirect loss of profits of the User.<br>12.2. Responsibility of the Administration under the Agreement shall not exceed the amount of the relevant Tariff paid by the User.<br>12.3. In case the Administration receives claims, demands, and/or claims of violation of third parties' rights related to the violation of guarantees provided by the User, the latter shall assume liability for their settlement and compensate the Administration against damages.
