The SUPPLIER shall at the cost of the CLIENT pass on when called upon to do so by the CLIENT, so far as it is reasonably able, the benefit of all warranty contained in any contract for the supply of equipment to the SUPPLIER. The total liability of the SUPPLIER to the CLIENT in respect of all claims pursuant from the Conditions shall be limited to the price as outlined in the initial invoice.
