SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. <br> <br>If, for any reason, a court finds GoPuff liable for damages notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the GoPuff Entities’ total liability for all damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or this Agreement exceed the amount paid by you to GoPuff for your use or receipt of the Services. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
